NAD-dependent lysine deacetylase and desuccinylase that specifically removes acetyl and succinyl groups on target proteins. Modulates the activities of several proteins which are inactive in their acylated form (By similarity). Reactivates acetylated acetyl-CoA synthetase (ACS) through an NAD-dependent deacetylation.
